Could this day get worse?

8:30am - Cell phone rings. Subcontractor at work missed flight. This is going to cost me.

9:00am - Meeting with supervisor. No promotion, no raise, BUT more work. Congratulations! You're an MBA now. Oh and be sure to take a vacation day to attend your graduation - that's not a freebie.

10:00am - 16th phone call from Boss who is out of office, but definitely on cell phone.

1:00pm - Head of HR sends not-so-nice email about me to supervisor. EXCEPT - puts MY name in TO: line so I get it instead. Politely reply. No response.

Where's Scott Adams? Have I got material for him.
