Auntie Fluffy!!

One of my best friends surprised me yesterday by announcing that she's expecting!

At first I was a little shocked, and a lot jealous. But now I'm just plain excited. A little tadpole to dress in handknits! One of her other best friends is also a knitter, but wants to make blankets and stuffies so I'm in the clear to make little sweaters and hats. Sweet Pea (the photo) is my first choice, but I can think of a million other fun things to knit too. And I have until December!

So congrats to Light and her hubby. Just call me Auntie Fluffy!
