The stupidity... it never ceases to amaze.

Why would you INTRAOFFICE mail something of TIME RELEVANCE and VISA SIGNIFICANCE to someone who sits ONE floor above you?

(as opposed to just walking up one flight of stairs and handing it to them)

And then find it mind-boggling when it didn't arrive where it should be in time?
