One of my coworkers is currently undergoing some unpleasantness in her working situation. The problem is that she was originally unhappy and complained about it. Management, in its infinite wisdom, came up with their own entirely un-brilliant plan and now she's sort of forced to live with it. And thus, a new phrase was coined.
